Buildings and Grounds will be hosting a workday, Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 9:00 AM. This time we will be working on the south slope of the property…the hill between the parking lot and Harvell Drive. We want to cut down and spray so many of the smaller Tree of Heaven trees growing there as possible. Bring your gloves, loppers and maybe even small chain saws. We do not plan to attack the larger trees but it is possible loppers may not be enough for some of the still small trees. Also bring your appetite. You will get fed!

We also will be spreading wildflower seeds in areas after the trees are removed. So ladies, you might want to throw in some gloves and a few rakes to help with this portion of the work.
